Abstract

Cloud computing has revolutionized how businesses operate, with Salesforce emerging as a leading CRM platform due to its advanced automation, analytics, and customer management capabilities. However, the true impact of Salesforce on business operational efficiency compared to other cloud-based CRM solutions remains underexplored. This research conducts a comparative study of Salesforce against alternative cloud-based CRM solutions to evaluate their effectiveness in enhancing business performance. This study assesses key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue growth, productivity, process automation, and customer satisfaction. By leveraging empirical data, case studies, and computational modeling, the research will provide insights into the efficiency and scalability of Salesforce compared to competing platforms. The study explores how Salesforce's AI-driven automation, customizable workflows, and integration capabilities affect operational processes across different business sectors. Additionally, computational modeling is employed to simulate CRM adoption scenarios, allowing for predictive analysis of long-term efficiency trends. The integration of experimental data with computational insights will help businesses optimize their CRM strategies for maximum efficiency. The expected outcomes include an in-depth understanding of Salesforce's role in operational improvements, identification of best practices for CRM adoption, and the development of a decision-making framework for businesses evaluating CRM solutions. These insights will assist organizations in making informed decisions about their cloudbased CRM investments, ultimately driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
